{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties’ briefs, and their oral argument to this court. Appellant, Barnesville Hospital Association, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas ordering the hospital to produce the credentialing files of Dr. Richard Phillips, M.D., upon motion by appellee, James L.
