The plaintiff brought action upon a complaint which alleged that the plaintiff-appellant was seduced by the “wilful, deliberate, malicious, fraudulent and deceitful scheming and misrepresentations” of respondent and induced to resign and give up steady employment whereby he was earning a fair livelihood for himself and family; that these false representations were made by the district manager of the respondent, S.
