This matter is before the court on the trustee’s objection to the allowance of an administrative claim for accounting services. The issues are: (1) whether the employment arrangement between the trustee and the claimant allowed for the accumulation of unlimited compensable hours; (2) whether the compensation sought is reasonable; and (3) whether the claimant is entitled to recover a claim against the estate on the theory of quantum meruit.
