Third-party defendants WYTV, Inc., WKBN Broadcasting Corp. and Vindicator Printing Co. move for an order pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure dismissing the third-party complaint as against them on the ground that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction.
