MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

This case was originally filed in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland on January 3, 2007. On February 2, 2007, Defendant Allstate Home Mortgage, Inc. (“Allstate” or “Defendant”) removed the case to this Court citing three bases for removal: 1) diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332; 2) joinder of all claims related to one properly before the court based on federal question (ie., 28 U.S.C. § 1441(c)); and 3) supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367.
