The superior court having, under the advice of this court, allowed certain amendments which are stated in the latter report of the case, (p. 469,) the plaintiffs moved for a decree in their favor, claiming that the new allegations of the bill had already been found to be true by the committee upon evidence received at the time of the hearing without objection.
