1. Is farm equipment and machinery owned by an Oklahomaresident and used in Oklahoma and in other states subject to advalorem taxation by the county of the owner's residence? 2. What action, if any, may be taken by a citizen to compel acounty assessor to discover and assess property which should betaxed? 3.
