In this appeal from a temporary injunction, Murray and Barbara Marcus contend the trial court erred in enjoining them from constructing a home on their property pending the outcome of this suit on the merits. The Whispering Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. responds that the Marcuses had no approval from the neighborhood’s architectural review committee to build their proposed home and, therefore, any construction of the house would be in violation of the property’s restrictive covenants.
