Mary Lee Anderson, a property owner in the Newport Subdivison in Crosby, Texas, appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of the New Property Owners’ Association of Newport, Inc. (hereinafter “NPOAN”), challenging the trial court’s conclusions of law that NPOAN had the authority to enforce deed restrictions in one certain section of the subdivision.
