SYKES, Circuit Judge.
This diversity suit, governed by Illinois law, pits two insurance brokerages against each other. Tax Track Systems Corpora tion (“Tax Track”) sued New Investor World, Inc. (“NIW”), for, among other things, breaching a confidentiality agreement. The district court concluded that Illinois law did not protect Tax Track’s information because Tax Track made insufficient efforts to keep that information confidential. The court granted summary judgment for NIW and also awarded NIW attorneys’ fees and costs under the parties’ agreement.
