OPINION OF THE COURT
BURD, Senior Judge:
On 21-22 February 2001, the appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone at Luke Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona. Consistent with his pleas, he was found guilty of making a false official statement, using cocaine, and two specifications of perjury, in violation of Articles 107,112a, and 131, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 907, 912a, and 931, respectively.
