This matter is before the court on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC or Commission) application for an order requiring respondent Gladieux Refinery, Inc. (Gladieux) to comply with a subpoena duces tecum issued by the EEOC pursuant to § 7(d) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 626(d), filed on December 6, 1985. A hearing was held on this matter on January 9, 1986.
