Defendant Lewis C. Legg was convicted after a bench trial of two counts of first- degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(l) (b)(i); MSA 28.788(2)(l)(b)(i). The complainant, his stepdaughter, was thirteen years old at the time of the alleged offenses. Defendant appeals as of right, and we affirm.
Defendant first argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish an act of cunnilingus. We disagree. When reviewing a challenge of the sufficiency of the evidence in a bench trial, the reviewing court must view the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution. People v Wardlaw,…
