Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 17, 1999, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he was not totally unemployed.

Claimant was found to be ineligible to receive unemployment benefits by the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board and was charged with an overpayment of benefits on the basis that he failed to disclose his engagement in an income-producing business or activity and his performance of work for a family business.
