Opinion by Chief Justice VALDEZ.

The State appeals from the trial court’s granting of a motion to suppress filed by appellee, Shirley Copeland. We affirm.

I. Background

The trial court’s findings of fact provide the following background. On March 18, 2011, Deputy Jesse Garza was on routine patrol. He had received information from neighbors that people were frequently coming and going from a house located on Coleto Drive in Victoria County, Texas.
