This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and memorandum in support thereof (Dkt. Nos. 37 and 38), and response thereto (Dkt. No. 46).

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This is an action for fraud and legal malpractice in connection with a commercial real estate closing and the lending of money to a bankrupted debtor.
