In its two count Amended Motion for Judgment, plaintiff Cascades West Associates Limited Partnership (CWA) seeks judgment against PRC, Inc., for sums claimed due for the months of July through December 1994 as a result of section 31 of a certain lease agreement dated August 27, 1982 (the Cascades West lease) between CWA and Advanced Technology, Inc. (AH), a corporate predecessor to PRC. The parties also make cross-claims for attorneys’ and expert witness’ fees.
