— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County (Hillery, J.), rendered June 8, 1982, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree as a juvenile offender, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s motion which was to suppress his first confession to the police.
