ORDER

CAMP, District Judge.

This matter is currently before the Court on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment [# 39] and the Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation [# 52] thereon. Plaintiff brings this action with three claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and one claim under the law of Georgia. The Magistrate recommends granting Defendant’s motion as to Plaintiffs Title VII claims and dismissing without prejudice Plaintiffs state law claim.
