Dilbagh Singh M.D., Paul Kirsch, M.D., V. Rao Nadella, M.D., and Martin Jacobs, M.D., commenced this qui tam action pursuant to the federal False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729, et seq., against Bradford Regional Medical Center (“BRMC”), V & S Medical Associates, LLC (“V & S”), Peter Vaccaro, M.D., and Kamran Saleh, M.D. The Relators, Drs.
