— This is a suit for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by Crecy Jones in attempting to board one of defendant’s street cars. She alleged that while she was in the act of getting on the car, which had stopped to enable her to become a passenger, the motorman and conductor in charge of the car suddenly started it forward, and that she was thrown to the ground and dragged a distance of about thirty feet, and thereby injured. Her petition alleged another and different cause of action, but it was, on exceptions of defendant, dismissed before trial for reason…
