MEMORANDUM OPINION

Brian Maloney (“Debtor”) has moved by order to show cause for, among other things, a determination that the automatic stay arising under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) in this Chapter 7 case operates to preclude his continued incarceration pursuant to a state court order.
