Hyo Jin Moon (the “debtor”) has moved by order to show cause for an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105 and 362(a) enforcing the automatic stay. The named respondents are the debtor’s estranged wife Nansook Hong Moon (“Ms. Moon”) and her attorneys Choate, Hall & Stewart.
