This proceeding was begun by the Planters Bank & Trust Company, a creditor of Lawrence Blum, deceased, to subject land owned by Blum at his death to the payment of claims probated against his estate, one of which was the claim of the Planters Bank & Trust Company. A decree was rendered in accordance with the prayer 'of the petition but was reversed on appeal to this court, Blum v.
