Defendant, a resident of South Carolina, was charged, via Uni form Traffic Citation, with driving a moving vehicle in the State of Georgia while under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it was less safe for him to drive in violation of OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1). The case was tried before a jury and the evidence revealed the following:
