Introduction

Charles Chambers (Defendant) appeals the judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action. Defendant claims the trial court erred in: (1) overruling Defendant’s request for a mistrial when the prosecutor asked Defendant why he did not inform the police that he found the victim’s cash on the sidewalk; (2) submitting a jury instruction that listed all of Defendant’s prior offenses; (3) overruling Defendant’s objection that the prosecutor improperly personalized her closing argument; and (4)…
