Appellant Robert Tjemlund, a.k.a. Robert L. Tjemlund, sought a declaratory judgment that he is the sole fee simple owner of two limited partnership properties. He also requested that the trial court order the other partners, respondents Charles E. Ka-drie, a.k.a.
