Plaintiff ACE American Insurance Co. seeks a declaration that it does not have a duty to defend defendants RC2 Corporation, Inc.; Learning Curve Brands, Inc.; and Learning Curve International, Inc. in lawsuits based on defendants’ alleged sale of children’s toys containing lead paint. The toys were manufactured in China, but all the lawsuits were brought in the United States and are based on harm caused by using the toys in the United States.
