This is an appeal of a Compensation Review Board (“CRB”) order denying an award of attorney’s fees in a public sector disability compensation case. D.C.Code § l-623.27(b)(2) (Supp. 2010), a part of the Comprehensive Merit Personnel Act, provides that a District Government employee who utilizes the services of an attorney-at-law in the successful prosecution of her claim is entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee award.
