The State of New York (the “State”), by Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, brings this civil action pursuant to state and federal antitrust laws against defendants St. Francis Hospital (“St.Francis”), Vassar Brothers Hospital (“Vassar”) and Mid-Hudson Health (“Mid-Hudson”).
