Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (William P. Polito, J.), entered November 10, 2009. The order directed defendants to restore certain funds to the Firefighters’ Insurance Fund.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
