This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of St. Louis County denying appellant, Robert Gene Burrough’s, motion to vacate sentence filed pursuant to Rule *16829.15 without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant’s pro se 29,15 motion was filed on June 17, 1988.
