OPINION

CANTRELL, Judge.

In this slip and fall case brought by a tenant against her landlord, the trial court granted the landlord’s motion for partial summary judgment, and directed entry of the judgment as a final order, pursuant to Rule 64.02, Tenn.R.Civ.P. The tenant failed to file a Notice of Appeal within thirty days of the entry of the final order, as is required by Rule 4(a), Tenn.R.App.P.
