hln this personal injury case, plaintiffs appeal the trial court’s judgment, dismissing their lawsuit, awarding the defendants $1,500 in attorney fees and denying their motion for a new trial. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

The plaintiffs, Marion Alcorn, Felton Wade, Keith Nichols, Lachaze Smith, Cedric Morgan, Montrell Palmer, Courtney Haskin, Chris McClinton, Patrick Burks, Cornelius Kelly and Albert Vitorian, are former inmates at the Richwood Correctional Center (“RCC”).
