Plaintiff Douglas Massey filed this lawsuit against his union, Defendant American Federation of Government Employees (“AFGE”), and one of its officials, Defendant William A. Preston, alleging violations of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (“LMRDA”), 29 U.S.C. § 411.
