INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm” or “Plaintiff”) moves for leave to amend its complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a), seeking to join additional defendants and claims for relief. In its original complaint, Plaintiff, a nationwide automobile insurer, alleged that certain medical corporations submitted fraudulent charges for medically unnecessary tests rendered for diagnostic purposes, and the doctors who owned these medical corporations conspired with other doctors…
