Plaintiff, Board of Education of Hawthorne School District No. 17, Marengo, Illinois (Board), filed its complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief against the defendants, Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department), several of the Department’s employees, and Jeanne Eckmann, a tenured school teacher employed by the plaintiff.
