Plaintiff Martin Kahn, a defendant in a divorce action pending before Acting Justice Shainswit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, asks this Court to enter a preliminary injunction restraining defendants from the enforcement of N.Y.Dom. Rel.Law § 239 and to enter an order convening a three-judge court to consider the constitutionality of that statute.
