Plaintiffs instituted this action for damages against Defendants for alleged fraud, negligent misrepresentations, fraudulent non-disclosure and violations of 71 Okla. Stat. § 408, stemming from the sale of certain municipal bonds issued in Oklahoma. Defendant Morgan Keegan & Company,. Inc.
