The precise point ruled by the Circuit Court in rejecting the evidence offered by the plaintiffs was that the documents, including the deed to Garcia, notwithstanding their recitals, failed to establish even prima facie any transfer of Losoya’s title, to effect which it was necessary to prove by other evidence a lawful confiscation of his estate.
