MANTON, Circuit Judge.

These proceedings to review orders of the respondent were heard together, and will be disposed of in one opinion. The complaints against the petitioners charge (a) violation of section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (38 Stat. 717 [Comp. St. § 8836e]); (b) violation of section 2 of the Clayton Act (38 Stat. 730 [Comp. St. § 8835b]). The petitioners manufacture and sell to retail grocers crackers, biscuits, cakes, and other bakery products. They are perishable, and therefore sold in small quantities at frequent intervals to insure freshness and quality. The…
