A collision occurred in the city of Wichita Falls between an automobile driven by C. M. Mann, and another car driven by Gordon Cook. Mrs. Pearl Mann, wife of C. M. Mann, was riding with him at the time of the collision. Immediately prior to the accident, Mann was driving his car in a southerly direction on what is known as Gray street, and the collision occurred at a point about the center of Ninth street, which intersected Gray street at right angles thereto, and the car driven by Gordon Cook was traveling in a westerly direction along Ninth street.
