The alien is a merchant of Hungarian nationality, who entered the United States at the port of New York on January 29, 1926, presenting a Hungarian passport bearing an American consular nonimmigrant visa, valid for one year. Pursuant to the provisions of the Immigration Act of 1924, 43 Stat. 154, 162 (S USCA §§ 203, 215), he was.admitted as a temporary business visitor for a period of six months.
