JACOBSON, Judge.

The vicarious liability of an employer of a notary public for the alleged negligent acts of its employee-notary public is presented in this appeal from a granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of the employer.

The plaintiffs-appellants, Transamerica Title Insurance Company and Transameri ca Insurance Company, brought suit against Lucille Sullivan, a notary public, her surety and her employer, defendant-appellee, Valley National Bank of Arizona.
