Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Parker, J., at trial, and Henry, J., at sentencing), rendered April 23, 2007, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the Supreme Court erred in admitting into evidence the testimony of a police detective that the detective identified him as a suspect after engaging in a conversation with two individuals who were not called as witnesses, and undertaking further detective work.
