DECISION and ORDER

ROSS W. KRUMM, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is a motion to dismiss the Chapter 7 petition of the above-styled corporate debtor and a motion for entry of an order that certain state court orders are null and void. A creditor argues that the post-petition ratification of the corporation’s bankruptcy filing by the board of directors was invalid. The corporation argues that post-petition orders entered by a state court violated the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362.
