This bill in equity brought by a taxpayer and resident in the school district of the City of Pittsburgh seeks an injunction restraining the levy and collection of the school tax of 1234 mills for the year 1939. The basis for the relief asked is the alleged unconstitutionally of the Acts of December 1, 1938, P. L. 103, 1 under which the tax is levied, and June 20, 1939, P.
