GREENE, Judge.
Mr. Berry O. Monteau (Monteau) and his company, Bay Area Turf, Inc. (collectively Plaintiff) appeal 26 May 2000 orders granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Larry and Gwen Reis (the Reises), Ellis-Don Construction, Inc. (Ellis-Don), Travelers Casualty and Surety Company (Travelers), Federal Insurance Company (Federal), and Aegis Security Insurance Company (Aegis). Plaintiff also appeals a concurrent order sustaining objections by defendants Reis Trucking and Construction, Inc.
