MEMORANDUM

TAURO, District Judge.

I. Introduction

This action arises out of Thomas Mason’s employment at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (the “DEP”). Mason (“Plaintiff’) has brought a suit against the DEP and various individuals who are or were employed by the DEP (“the Individual Defendants”).
