ORDER

JAY L. GUECK, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the objections of debtor-in-possession, Si-masko Production Company (“Simpco”), to the proofs of claim filed by William G. Azar, C.R. Kennedy and D.J. Moore Corporation (collectively “Claimants”). D.J. Moore filed its proof of claim on November 30, 1984. William G. Azar and C.R. Kennedy filed their proofs of claim on December 10, 1984. Simpco objected to these claims February 11, 1985. The objections were amended March 7, 1985. Simpco now objects to the status and amount of the claims.
